First time, a swearing in ceremony which was not boring. Like film dialogues, Vijay has taken efforts to memorize oath of office for Chief Minister. So he took the oath without looking at paper and only looking at audience. Right from Vijay, except Adhav Arjuna everyone took the oath in the name of God.

Though filmy, Vijay's speech was good in its content. Key points 1. White paper on State finances 2. Don't expect everything at once. Need time. 3. Zero tolerance for drug peddlers and for crimes against women. 4. Warning to those close to him not to misuse their office and this victory.
