@Translink_NI on the 1650 Enterprise Dublin to Belfast - seat reservations not working in carriage G so all seats are showing available and our booked seats have been taken. We, along with others, are standing as no seats available. Can you assist?

@Translink_NI Yes, she said there was nothing she could do but that we could ask those in our seats to move. But we are reluctant to ask them to move as it’s not their fault (the display says seats available), nor do we think it’s our responsibility to sort. Others in the same position too!
