@markslavik @RandPaul Truth. But Congress will never vote for term limits. They won’t ever give up their gravy train. Seriously, in all my years I would have never believed there is so much corruption in our government.

While I often struggle to support Senator Paul—because he can come across as an obstructionist without offering solutions—he is absolutely right about our national debt. Unfortunately, under the current system, Congress has little incentive to address what is arguably the greatest long-term threat to our future (second only to a declining birthrate): the debt. If we are serious about fixing it, we must change the incentives that drive political behavior. That means implementing term limits—12 years for the Senate and 8 years for the House—while extending House terms from two to four years to promote longer-term thinking. It also means eliminating pensions and requiring elected officials to participate in a standard 401(k), like every other American. During their time in office, their investments should be limited to broadly diversified mutual funds to avoid conflicts of interest. Once the incentive for a lifelong political career is removed, we may finally see leaders willing to confront the issues that matter most.

True story: I get a deck builder to quote a new deck. It's 27k. After I pick my brain up off the floor, I ask why..... no lie, he said.. "I'll be honest ma'am. When prices escalated during COVID, people would pay that rediculoud rate anyway. Many companies, like ours, decided to keep the prices as they were because people would pay it." No deck btw...

My how the mighty have fallen. Giorgia Meloni...once the unbowed lioness of Fratelli d’Italia, the woman who stormed the Quirinale with the fire of a post-fascist insurgency reborn for the 21st century...now stands revealed as a textbook case of institutional capture, that insidious pathology where the radical outsider is slowly, surgically castrated by the eunuchs of Brussels. Sorry, Italy. Your daughter of the right, the one who swore to reclaim sovereignty from the faceless eurocrats, has been neutered with velvet gloves and three-piece suits. What you’re watching in that grotesque Macron hug...his hands pawing her like some prize concubine at the Élysée...is not diplomacy. It is the victory lap of the machine. Power doesn’t just corrupt; it seduces and lobotomizes. Meloni’s rise was pure id...raw, visceral, the authentic roar of a nation choking on unchecked migration, fiscal straitjackets, and cultural erasure. She channeled the collective rage of a people who remembered what it was to be Italian before the Maastricht Treaty turned Rome into a branch office of Frankfurt and Strasbourg. But once inside the palace, the dopamine hits of acceptance flood the system. The invitations to Davos, the backslaps from von der Leyen, the polite applause in the European Parliament...these are the opiates of the elite. The base? Forgotten in the rearview mirror. It’s the classic Stockholm syndrome of the populist: the hostage begins to identify with her captors, rationalizing every compromise as “pragmatism” while her original fire is pathologized as “extremism.” She didn’t just moderate; she submitted. The woman who once called the EU a threat to civilization now plays nice with the very architects of Italy’s demographic and economic decline. History echoes this tragedy with merciless precision. Look at the pattern: the Italian right has been tamed before...MSI post-war, Alleanza Nazionale under Fini, even Berlusconi’s early bunga-bunga defiance collapsing into centrist mush. Meloni was supposed to be the break in the cycle, the one immune to the siren song because her roots ran deeper, her rhetoric forged in the post-’68 backlash against the Christian Democratic rot that sold Italy’s soul to Brussels in the first place. Instead, she has become the continuity candidate in drag. Fiscal discipline over border enforcement. Atlanticist cheerleading over national interest. Hugs with Macron...the same champagne socialist who branded her “far-right” danger to democracy...while Italian families drown in energy costs and replacement-level migration. This is not leadership; this is eunuchification, the surgical removal of ideological testes by a supranational bureaucracy that has spent seventy years perfecting the art of turning lions into house cats. The venom here is not personal; it is diagnostic. Meloni’s betrayal isn’t mere weakness...it is the predictable endpoint of any populist who mistakes the throne for the fight. Italy deserved a sovereign, not a seat at the table. It deserved the unrepentant defender of blood, soil, and civilization, not this polished prop in the EU’s endless theater of managed decline. The mighty have not fallen gracefully; they have been disemboweled with a smile. And the corpse still wears the suit, still takes the photo-ops, still whispers “pragmatism” while the nation bleeds out. Disgrace doesn’t begin to cover it. This is the quiet assassination of a promise. Sorry, Italy...your revolution was televised, then co-opted, then neutered in real time. The eunuchs always win until a new barbarian horde reminds them why they built the walls in the first place. Meloni? She’s already inside. 💀⚔️

Before the election, Giorgia Meloni called importing 500k legal immigrants over three years a “planned invasion,” swearing she’d never do it. She also said she would be a great friend of the U.S. and Israel. Now, she’s signed a decree admitting exactly 500k immigrants into Italy over three years, and turned her back on America and Israel. Did she change, or was it all just a lie?!

Biden didn’t destroy the Rose Garden. He rebuilt the economy, created over 15 million jobs, cut the deficit, lowered insulin costs, and passed historic climate & infrastructure bills. His conscience is clear and so is his record. Do you agree with me? Yes Or No
