She went in thinking all of her memories of her late husband were gone... what she didn’t expect was this. That man touched her heart and her soul by doing what he did. She’s broken and he was able to pick up one of the pieces of that broken puzzle and put it back into place. His small act of kindness will give her immense comfort.
