@TicketmasterCS Hi, it says on your website if you haven't got your tickets 5 days before an event to let you know for further advice. I have an event on Sunday (28/08/22) and still don't have my tickets yet.

@HMRCcustomers when claiming a tax refund online, do I have to declare non-taxable income such as a student loan or bursary in the section where it asks if I have received any income since the end of employment?
