@British_Airways Your airport staff did not rebook me, I rebooked myself from the plane as all flight options for Dub-Lon tomorrow were booking up. After 5 hours I did not want to risk further incompetence of BA/Menzies staff on the ground. Will be submitting for compensation and also complaint.

Absolutely ridiculous situation @DublinAirport Our @British_Airways flight to LCY boarded at 17.00 and we are still on the plane almost 3hrs later. No operational toilet due to the “toilet repair team being the same team doing the de-icing.” Please provide accurate information.

@British_Airways @DublinAirport Yes, it was cancelled & we were finally allowed to disembark after 5 hours on the plane with no food or water offered by your staff. Weather factors are obviously out of your control but Cust service is not & it was appalling.
