@eDreams I am due refunds I have been chasing this matter for months, on your app it stated that you are awaiting refund from airline, however I have contacted luftansa and they have confirmed that the refunds were issued WHY are you giving me my money back

@eDreams was told I was entitled to half refunded. Now weeks later I’m told I’m not getting any refund as they are charging me €120 service fee. Total rip off, impossible to deal with do yourself a favor and don’t use this company.
