@cuoium He can play left wing or attacking mid (10). He's an elite dribbler, which is something we don't have much of.

What do we even need him for? Odegaard will start. Eze can be moved to LW if he was to start. Even if both Trossard and Martinelli leave, Eze is similar to Trossard so we need a Martinelli profile at LW. Or are we selling Ethan and bringing Rogers as Odegaard backup?

@mehulg10 Amendment: It does matter how you win the league if, off the pitch, you built a top squad by engaging in 115 (alleged) violations of financial regulations. Reports today are that a ruling on those 115 violations is coming soon. Maybe that's why Pep left?

@mehulg10 It matters not at all how you win the league, and this title needs to be put in the context of 4 seasons, across which Arsenal have had the most total points of any club. Plus Arteta finished ahead of Pep twice. The division was the most competitive 1 to 20 in perhaps its history

I think it really matters HOW you win the league. Arsenal's title has got little to no coverage, no eulogies from the media and no respect from rival fans. There are no dominant victories to talk about, no standout performers and the football they played was largely uninspiring. They were basically the least worst team in the division and in the end, hobbled over the line with some lucky decisions going in their favour. City's farewell for Pep and the players has got significantly more attention.

@ltarsenal 41 is a good choice. I have Saliba on this year's red, and Eze on the white jersey. Saka on the yellow squiggly one (which was on sale) from a couple seasons ago. Rice probably next. Eventually, Saka on a more traditional jersey. We have so many likeable players.

A hundred thousand loyal fans couldn’t get tickets for the Palace game but this traitor and his sons spend all season slagging off Arteta and get to celebrate on the pitch with him and the players. That’s not right.

Morgan Rogers is a quality player, no doubt, but I’m not really sure what the plan is for him. I don’t see him as a natural winger, nor do Arsenal currently need his AM profile right now. But if it comes down to him or Barcola, I’m taking Rogers over Barcola.

Good side but issue is two of the back 4 are crocks so unlikely to be at full fitness and last the distance at the World Cup. Front 5 looks very cohesive tactically - only issue is Jude and Kane I’m not sure they’re elite chemistry but still world class enough in theory to make it work.

@tjk20497898 @Ellis_ I do agree Arteta needs to trust his squad more and rotate, but the margins are so fine when you're competing for multiple major trophies, that I can understand some of his thinking.

@tjk20497898 @Ellis_ Nah, I've just experienced Arsenal's rise over the last 6 seasons and seen how the challenge increases as you get closer to the top. When Arteta played Myles earlier in the season (at FB, to be fair) his performances were subpar and he got burned by wingers all the time.
