So I placed an order with
@lookfantastic. It contains cosmetic products; cream! Parcel got delayed and when I finally received it, the box arrived in this state. When opened, items were missing, seals were broken. The delivery company even used that blue cover to disguise it 😒

I'm a frequent customer and I'm shocked to see that their customer service is appalling. When you sell cosmetic products you really have to take missing/tampered items/parcel seriously. This is just a poor show on @lookfantastic. Wouldn't recommend using them.
