Mariam Yahia Ibrahim, a Sudanese Christian and medical doctor, was sentenced to 100 lashes and death by hanging after refusing to renounce her Christian faith. Because Sudan considered her Muslim through her absent father, the court convicted her of apostasy despite her lifelong confession of Christ. According to them, she could not be a Christian, married to a Christian, in this Muslim majority country. She was given three days to recant. She refused. At the time (in 2014), Meriam was eight months pregnant and already caring for her young son in prison. She spent months chained to a prison floor with her 1-year-old son by her side. While shackled, she gave birth to her daughter, Maya, inside the prison. Her execution was delayed because of the pregnancy, but she remained imprisoned until an international outcry led an appeals court to overturn her conviction and order her release. Looking back on her ordeal, Meriam said she was not afraid. "Being in prison strengthened my faith even more," she told CBN News.

Every person who says, "Just keep the Torah," has missed the Torah's purpose. The Law doesn't save sinners, it exposes them! The Law points to the One who saves, Jesus Christ. Grace isn't Plan B, it was God's plan all along!

@olcountrysquire Notice that it doesn’t say, “and if any man confess his sin” or “if any man turn from his sin”, we have an advocate. Jesus advocates for us if we sin. We are not judged, but we should expect God’s discipline when we sin. Hebrews 12:5-11

Christians- Anything in the bible say that we're in heaven for 7 years post rapture? I mean, setting the Rapture at the Feast of Trumpets, and the Second Coming on the Feast of Atonement dictates that the Seal Judgments begin on the Feast of Atonement, do they not? To last exactly 7 years? So how long do you think is the Gap between the Rapture and the Four Horsemen being released? Will the Rapture be followed 10 days later by the beginning of the tribulation, the sealed scroll beginning to be unsealed, in the same year? Or in a later year? 🤔

Your own party just finished a 43-day shutdown demanding MORE money be poured into that exact system, because the temporary COVID subsidies YOUR PARTY wrote into the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 and the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 — zero Republican votes on either bill, by the way — expired right on schedule, exactly as YOU designed them to. Not a single Republican voted to end those subsidies. You did.
