I did really well yesterday, avoided news, planted seeds, pottering, I even made fucking stock for the freezer. In the evening —> full-on stress, adrenaline we must secure the perimeter meltdown. 🤷🏻‍♀️

@julia_prague @suzannemayes @doctor_oxford I agree about staying in, but people like myself who is on their own have to get shopping if they are lucky enough to find anything on the shelves It scares me going out maybe once a week, but I have too.

I went and picked some hellebore sepals from outside my back door. Feels like an important time for small gestures like this.
