Chess weighting gone bad. 😬 I used a hobby knife to carve around this piece of lead and slipped. I should have used the dremel with a carving bit instead! Holy fuck—so much blood sprayed out of my hand! I woke my wife to help. Fortunately she’s a doctor, so she glued the gash.

Still trying to get my studio cleaned up. Invariably I come across scratches and perpetually unfinished stuff that I can't find the heart to toss. 🤷

@TMMackz Yawning. One big yawn. 😄 Good question on the smudges... I've ruined more than one drawing that I'd spent hours on with a stray unerasable mark. I made myself a maulstick to keep my dirty paws off the paper. 😁

@cazouillette It is very nice and only slightly disturbing. I am mostly disturbed by the lack of smudges. Do you draw with gloves on or what? But seriously, is it about to hack or swallow something whole?
