I’ve reached that point of the year where I am missing Cyprus very much. At least on my WFH days I can have a Cyprus coffee. A taste that instantly transports me back to my village 🥹🧡🇨🇾

How can it recognise a part of its own country? You don't even refer to it as the Republic & insist on calling it the South. Being part of Nato is natural. Turkish Cypriots need to accept some realities they find unpleasant. You aren't sovereign. British born Tr Cyp. #Cyprus

With the ongoing regional conflict, South Cyprus is again wanting to join NATO. But NATO membership requires the approval of every member state - including Türkiye. If South Cyprus truly wants to join NATO, it should first recognise the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

The more I think about it, it’s a disgrace but we are at the mercy of the TV companies. We have three games in April and they’ve all been moved for TV to really unsociable times, especially when there are young kids involved (too late to go to games etc)
