Hopped off a call with seed stage founders based in SF paying themselves $65k salaries. Average salary for a seed stage founder in case folks didn't know is $133k. No need to starve.

If you’re asking someone for a favor, make it frictionless Ask to schedule when most convenient for them (do NOT just throw times on their calendar) Often people want to help, but making it easier on them shows respect for each other’s time (while also improving conversion)

Most emerging writers over critique their own writing I was the same It took a friend telling me “90% of content is crap and chances are no one will read what youre writing anyway, stop being a wuss and ship it” F*ck it, ship it, iterate They don’t give Pulitzers here folks
