A lot of noise out there, but the facts don’t change: a unified, government-wide effort ended catch and release. For over 11 months, USBP has not released a single illegal alien arrested at entry. BP stations are nearly empty. The results speak for themselves.

The only verifiably untrue assertion is everything you wrote.  Facts: - for 11 straight months the USBP has not released a single alien arrested entering the US illegally - BP stations are nearly empty - Illegal aliens in custody are being manifested for removal or are being prosecuted criminally - Before you accuse someone of intentionally lying you should double check your facts

This is verifiably UNTRUE. Border Patrol sectors are struggling to manage custody of illegal aliens because ERO (Enforcement and Removal Operations) requires approval for every apprehension prior to transfer, approvals they are not getting. As a result, Border Patrol stations are forced to release individuals they cannot deport—often with no casework completed and no Notice to Appear (NTA) issued. Criminal illegal aliens continue to be released into the interior of the United States. And the American people continue to be lied to on the social media platforms paid for by taxpayers. I thought we were done with this bullshit when we elected this administration. Why lie? Smart Border Wall is an investment! #Wallswork Smart Wall = fewer illegal entries = increased safety and tax savings for every American! Even during this unnecessary shutdown, wall construction infused with smart technology continues. Now if Congress would just approve our appropriations, we could pay these CBP personnel that are dedicated to protecting America.

This is our Border Patrol being targeted at their hotel in Minneapolis - surrounded, blocked in, glass smashed, people trying to force their way inside. This is NOT a protest. This is an attack on law enforcement.

“We’ve actually increased the training based on these new threats that the agents are facing.” Training is not the issue, politicians riling up their constituents is.

Thank you President Trump! The men and women of CBP are committed to making America safe again! With your support and drive, we have secured the border and are working to get the worst of the worst out of our country!

Federal Law Enforcement, including hundreds of CBP Officers and Border Patrol Agents are doing the hard work in Minneapolis to remove criminals from our streets and make American communities safe. Many local leaders are undermining enforcement and inciting chaos with their political rhetoric. Citizens in MN, are you paying attention?  Your elected officials are choosing to support criminal activity over the rule of law.

Yesterday in Portland, Border Patrol agents took decisive action to stop two dangerous Tren de Aragua–linked criminals who attempted to use a vehicle as a weapon against law enforcement. Thanks to the courage and professionalism of our agents, some of the worst offenders—violent criminals who never should have been on American streets—were confronted and stopped. Border Patrol continues to hold the line and protect our communities.
