If the Muslim community had ambulances in London it would be framed by the media and some of the political class as "taking over" or "an act of dominance." But when it's the Jewish community, it's "charity".

A group of aggressive Jewish men intimidate a Muslim Al Jazeera journalist who was there to report on the Golders Green ambulance incident. They shout “Al Jazeera off our streets,” “Go home,” and “terrorist.” Their behaviour is a disgrace.
