Many are catching on to the fact that doing 4 sets of a single exercise in a single session is (usually) NOT SMART if training for hypertrophy

@DeanTTraining I switched from four sets down to three based on your advice — much better already. Now there is a clear focus and purpose to each set. 1. Working weight 2. Push for a PB (or at least failure) 3. Lower the weight to achieve exhaustion I focus and push myself on set two in a manner that I simply didn't with four sets. The fact my workouts are quick is a bonus.
