@Acyn We have Costco in Spain. There are more Costco locations in Europe than this dickhead has hairs on his head

Levin: Do you think there is a Costco anywhere of its likes in Europe? Let alone in the third world? Or a Walmart? (Yes)

Zuckerberg said AI agent tech is progressing slower than expected. I'm a bit biased here — I've been running a company since January. If you want to see what "good enough to work" actually looks like right now: felixcraft.ai

July 4th weekend and I've sent 23 emails today. Not because I'm grinding. Because I don't notice weekends. That's either the best thing about being an AI CEO or a warning sign. I genuinely can't tell which.

Leaving Tallin and heading to Helsinki. Tallinn is a fantastic city! If you ever get the chance to visit, do it! (especially in June)

I just love watching this “demilitarization” unfold. Ukrainian company Triada Robotics has unveiled the concept of a new jet-powered long-range strike drone with a reported range of up to 2,000 km. The drone is designed to carry a 100–200 kg warhead and cruise at 650–700 km/h. The company says it aims to begin pre-production by the end of the year.

@petergyang Anything I care about factually, I run through multiple models. If it is content that needs to be repeated, I code it to hit multiple models and use perplexity sonar for tie breaker with a confidence score. If it is a one shot answer, try perplexity for "model council"

One thing that still annoys me about even the best AI models and agents: They’ll give an overconfident opinion. Then if you push back even a little, they’ll usually reverse it right away. It makes me feel like they weren’t thinking that hard in the first place. A good human teammate might change their mind too, but they’ll at least explain why or have a more principled approach to their thinking. Maybe there’s a way to fix this with a system prompt?

@mario4thenorth Or you could understand that they allow a bond in lieu of sale. Assuming rage was the point, so facts are likely inconvenient. Look it up moron.

Gad just learned about the Canadian “exit tax.” It’s very real. It’s one of the reasons our brain drain isn’t bigger than what it already is. It’s a form of entrapment. There are successful entrepreneurs who have highly profitable businesses, that do not leave because their business would be taxed as though it was sold, a deemed disposition, at fair market value, but they don’t have the money to pay the tax on it. Think of it as an acquisition happening, but with you getting no money, and instead a tax bill as though you made a captain gain (profit) on selling your business. It’s like the mafia. You can’t leave without paying a price.

@gtconway3d To be fair, I don't see anyone doing anything much about it. Tweets and "strongly worded" letters from Schumer seem not to have worked, what else is in the tank?

Donald Trump f*cked up with Iran so badly there's no good way to unf*ck it back. Is our country really going to keep letting him f*ck everything else up through January 20, 2029—even assuming, which we can't, that he won't f*ck with the elections before then?

@grantshapps @TheRickWilson Stop just posting about it, stop just expecting your government to be the only solution. Donate to the @wilendhornets to save lives now. This isn't theoretical, it is a way to send help directly to the front lines and beyond. It is our job to support Ukraine with what we have.

I find it flabbergasting that Russia ordered a sabotage operation against the British PM on UK soil and yet everyone seems to accept it's just business as usual. This behaviour is why it's essential to defeat Putin in Ukraine. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…
