Called customer service 4 hours ago and your live rep could not get any details because the store NEVER answers their phones. Asked to speak to a supervisor and cut off on 4 different calls. Called back now because STILL no delivery and thr store is closed. On hold for 26 mimutes to your 800 number which no one is picking up despite being “available” until 11:00pm. What kind of customer service is this???? I am only a member for the delivery, since I cannot physically get out to the store. If there is no response by morning, I will be asking a friend or relative to drive me to the store to CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!!! I can easily have someone go to Costco for me for what i need since it is so much closer and now I understand why all my neighbors go there!!!!
