This also happens when I try to get help. The in-app support keeps routing me to AI, which tells me to report the driver from my history — but the driver disappears after canceling, so I can’t find them at all.
There is no way to reach a live agent, and this happens every time.
I’ve had this issue multiple times recently. A driver is assigned with about a 10-minute ETA, I wait almost the entire time, and right before arrival the driver cancels or the ride gets reassigned. Then I have to wait another 10 minutes.

What’s worse is that the canceled driver completely disappears from my ride history, so I can’t even report them. This has made me late and wasted over 20 minutes each time.
Please explain why this keeps happening and provide compensation for these delays.
