Rod Manchee (right) is a long-time tenant, having lived in CCOC buildings for over 40 years. He served on the Board for 7 years in the 70s and 80s, two of which as President. As President, he facilitated the purchase of CCOC’s first apartment building, 258 Lisgar! #HumansofCCOC
