How we measure productivity in our warehouse — no fancy software, just one formula. Curious: what’s the ONE number you track in your operation?

@AnatoliKopadze Nice catch and analysis. That kind of sense should come from an engineering background plus handling employees for sure.

Impressive. Intuitively I started doing similar things with the schedules; but it was because of grok. In Claude I hadn’t paid attention to him, I focused a lot on the cowork. But then I started to “delegate”, but now I’m at the stage of consumption of tokens, per loop, per project, etc.

Shorting Elon is like trying to short the second law of thermodynamics and betting against the arrow of progress. Exponential pain asymptotically guaranteed.

@brivael The survival probability of firms who maintain a significant short position in SpaceX over time is very low

@AmX_ZaxTr Principles, ethics, and values. There is no leadership style that survives the lack of these three pillars.

One of the hardest lessons in business is realizing that intelligence and character are not the same thing. You can easily measure someone's technical skills, but integrity, humility, and the ability to work well with others take time to reveal themselves. Many young founders naturally focus on finding the smartest people they can. Experience eventually teaches that a brilliant person with the wrong attitude can do more damage than someone with slightly less talent and the right values. Great companies are not built by collecting the highest IQs. They're built by people who trust each other, take responsibility, communicate honestly, and care more about the mission than their ego. Talent gets a company off the ground. Character is what keeps it flying.

@AmX_ZaxTr I am happy to have at least a pinch of knowledge that allows me to notice some of those changes, and thanks to X for making the world more accessible.

For the average person, the AI revolution feels almost invisible. It isn't defined by flashy announcements or choosing between different models every day. Instead, it quietly improves the technology people already use. Apps become smarter, photos look better, search delivers more useful results, and digital assistants grow more capable. Most people won't notice the AI behind these changes. They'll simply notice that everything works a little better than it did yesterday. That's how the biggest technological revolutions often happen: not with a single dramatic moment, but through countless small improvements that become part of everyday life.

Beginning July 20, Claude Fable 5 will be included in all Max and Team Premium plans, at 50% of limits. Pro and Team Standard users will continue to have access to Fable via usage credits, and will receive a one-time $100 credit. Demand for Fable has been challenging to predict, which is why we rolled it out to subscription plans in stages, extending access several times as we secured additional capacity.

@beffjezos Somehow the various models that are coming out will have to set up offices and pay salaries to people so that in a certain way we can all generate some real progress. Because honestly right now I can’t see any collaborative advances.

you build on a shared network and suddenly need to change fees. you are stuck waiting on global consensus from people who do not even use your product. legacy chains force a bank and a video game to use the exact same rules the @CNPYNetwork gets it instead of fighting for space in one crowded room, they let you launch sovereign chains tailored to your users • DeFi gets the speed and upgrades it actually needs • consumer apps can ditch gas fees completely • real world assets get compliance baked right in we spent years trying to fit every use case onto the same database. changing the environment to fit the idea makes more sense for long term growth

We always talk about humans using crypto but we kinda ignore the machines everyone focuses on yields while physical hardware operates isolated from the digital economy. That is why the autonomous infrastructure from @CNPYNetwork caught my eye they are moving way past simple smart contracts • merging cloud control with onchain proof of physical work • giving drone fleets the compliance they need • letting devices buy their own replacement parts on autopilot it is a whole different economic model when the physical world runs its own operations in real time. integrating IoT feels like the actual next wave tbh

2T Grok (Grok 4.6?) will finish training next week.
Elon Musk@elonmusk

@minchoi Our 2T model, which is better than our 1.5T in every way, will finish initial training next week. It might be able to exceed Kimi, but with speed and token efficiency close to our 1.5T (aka Grok 4.5).

Speaking from warehouse operations: we don't plan around AGI. We run constrained AI — demand forecasting, pick path optimization, computer vision for QC and WMS slotting — under clear operational limits. Results so far: 15–25% fewer errors and measurable productivity gains. The harness isn't a compromise. It's what makes AI deployable and accountable in a live operation. Measurable ROI today beats speculation about tomorrow.
