This is a major story. TCO must be in place prior to an event like this happening. It is inconceivable that the city of miami or the county of miami dade would allow this game to take place without the TCO. And all indications are that there is zero chance that the TCO will be granted prior to the match tomorrow. Why not acknowledge the delay? Seems smarter than having a bad first impression or worse, endangering fans or workers.

@ProfBank As the team manager of my son’s U9 team, this hits extra hard. There is a note on all our games in PlayMetrics to please bring all kits just in case. We’ve never had to change in 2 years as manager but just in case. Hilarious.
