This was my first order with @Bewakoof - and definitely the last. Either deliver ALL items today or process a full refund immediately if you can't run your business effectively. @BewakoofCare @bewakoof fix this instead of sending templates.

And what do @bewakoof reply after all this? A copy-paste “please wait 72 hours” message. No accountability. No real update. No urgency. Just scripted responses.

Tried reaching @bewakoof support: • WhatsApp agent = useless loop asking same details • Smart assistant = doesn’t even load • App/website throwing errors (OTP/email issues) So basically, ZERO working support channels.

Here’s what happened: • Delivery guy went to the WRONG location despite correct address • No way to contact him after that • No proper customer support number Meanwhile, all orders just sit there marked “delayed”

Looks like I should have started this thread long back. It’s not even a few minutes I tweeted here and @Paytm finally paid heed to my request by closing my fastag immediately. worst customer service experience. Why do u have to wait for your customers to name you and shame you?

No wonder why @RBI is putting ban on @Paytm. They are a full time scammers. I had initiated a closure of my fastag on 18th feb and they have not closed it yet. Now I am stuck as I am not able to use any other fastag for my car as @PaytmBank doesn’t care to close it.

Despite of repeatedly contacting @PaytmBank in help section (as there is no way you can talk to a human) they keep on sending one single message every time that they will close it in 3 days from closure initiated day. I don’t know which world they live in? @Paytm #Scammer
