In just 3 days, South Africans have donated over R100,000 towards SACR’s legal action against Parliament’s failure to respond to constitutional reform submissions.
We are honestly humbled. Thank you to everyone who donated, shared, supported, and believed in this fight for accountability and meaningful public participation. This shows that South Africans still care deeply about the future of this country and the Constitution.
We are now also inviting recommendations for lawyers, advocates and legal organisations that may be willing to assist or take up this matter.

Liberation movements have destroyed Africa. They have betrayed the promise they made to the people. They have become a cabal of criminality, corruption and cronyism. The enemy of South Africa is Emmerson Mnangagwa and not Kudzai the uber driver. The enemy of South Africa is Yoweri Museveni and not Kizito the barber. The enemy of South Africa is the NRM, FRELIMO, Zanu PF and not Fiona the desperate and impoverished african woman who fled these corrupt and violent regimes in Africa and is now cleaning toilets in our homes as a domestic worker. Let’s talk about the real enemy of South Africa. The real reason we have an immigration crisis. Let’s dial direct. The reason why we have immigration at these unmanageable levels is because these leaders, Museveni, Mnangagwa and Chapo have destroyed their home nations and beat up their citizens. Unfortunately they have received support and fellowship from the ANC. This must stop. You can evacuate all undocumented African foreign nationals tomorrow. Their absence won’t create room for more jobs nor end crime. Their absence won’t stop our fathers, uncles, brothers, cousins from abusing, raping and killing women and children. Their absence won’t curb alcoholism, gambling and drug addiction. Their absence won’t stop the drug cartels from moving drugs in and around the country. Their absence won’t create jobs. Their absence won’t improve the quality of public education. Their absence won’t revive the decaying infrastructure. Their absence won’t fix the death traps that are most of our roads. Their absence won’t fix the maladministration at local government . It is the state that must be held accountable. Direct your anger to the state. Hold your political representatives in government accountable. Stop spreading hate and stop inciting violence! And stop allowing legitimate concerns and societal frustrations to be used to the benefit of those who are well funded by Apartheid Israel to destabilise the country.
I reference African nationals because they are your easy target. Seemingly you are the least perturbed by the undocumented and documented Portuguese, Greek, Chinese, Italian and Europeans who roam these streets free, with some being notorious for being the kingpins of all kinds of illicit trades.
