**Letter to Turkey GCV Ambassadors and Community** Dear Turkey GCV Ambassadors and community, Today, I am revoking Ms. Ebru Söylemez's Head of Turkey GCV Ambassador certificate. I understand that many of you may not agree with my decision and may be frustrated. I have received messages requesting that I appoint her as the European GCV Ambassador while still allowing her to remain the Head of Turkey GCV Ambassadors. I have also seen Mr. Hasan's comment, which reflects a misunderstanding of the situation. There may have been a lack of training regarding the GCV System. We have a GCV Charter, a code of conduct, policies, and agreements that govern our cooperation. I established the GCV Ambassador system to ensure that all GCV Ambassadors receive proper training to understand our policies and the importance of discipline fully. When we issue a certificate, we take on a responsibility. The action of one GCV Ambassador can affect the reputation of all. It could also lead to potential legal liabilities. Therefore, I must prioritize the protection of all GCV Ambassadors. Anyone who receives a certificate must sign an agreement that requires acceptance of our leadership, guidance, and adherence to all rules and regulations. As I mentioned, GCV does not belong to me alone; it belongs to all its pioneers. Ms. Ebru is a respected leader. She is intelligent and has her unique approach to guiding Turkey community. If the person you have certified does not listen to you, then what should you do? I understand that some of you may disagree with my decision, believing that Ms. Ebru is correct. I respect your opinions, but I have determined that I cannot continue to work with her for the reasons stated above. However, I hold Ms. Ebru and all Turkey GCV Ambassadors and community members in high regard. You are free to make your own decisions. I have appointed Mr. Ali Yank as the new Head of Turkey GCV Ambassadors, and I encourage you to follow his leadership, while also allowing the option to support Ms. Ebru if you choose. GCV belongs to all of you and Ms. Ebru. If you wish to continue supporting GCV, you are welcome to collaborate with her in forming your own GCV organization. I have stated that I will support her as long as she contributes positively to the GCV Movement. She can also become the founder of her own GCV Movement, and I respect that. We are here as a community, not for personal emotions but for the success of GCV and the Pi Network. All GCV Ambassadors will have their positions re-evaluated as needed. We will appoint more committed, disciplined, and dedicated leaders as heads of GCV Ambassadors. Each GCV Ambassador will be subject to review and evaluation to ensure we provide the best guidance within the community. Revoking a certificate is not the end of the world, but rather a fresh start. We will continually adapt to find the best leaders for our community. We will part ways with those who wish to pursue a separate agenda. I have noticed some Turkey GCV Ambassadors or pioneers who have criticized me for revoking Ms. Ebru's certificate, which ultimately harms your aspirations. I often share the story of the two-headed bird: when you attack those who work hard for you, you risk falling as well. If you are a true pioneer and GCV Ambassador, please use your reason to understand this change rather than incite negativity. I believe I have provided sufficient explanations. Mr. Ali will be reorganizing the new GCV CT. In response to Mr. Hasan's comments, I urge you to reflect on why you are here. If you are here for Ms. Ebru, I respect your choice; you can decide whether to remain an Education GCV Ambassador. We are open to you. If you choose to leave and establish a new organization, I will respect that decision as well. Please remember the story of the two-headed bird: any attacks on the Global GCV CT will ultimately harm yourself. I recently heard that a Turkey pioneer expressed dissent, suggesting that Ms. Ebru would establish a new movement. That is acceptable. If she continues to work for GCV, I will support her. I did invite her to be the European Head of GCV Ambassador, but she declined. I appreciate your understanding. Best regards Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷 Founder, Global GCV Movement Aug. 9th, 2025
