Is anyone having issues with @Azure billing? I have been over charged, and it is impossible to get any support from @Azure . The azure portal doesn't allow me to create any support ticket despite me pay $1000's to them. I have tried so many methods. My customer is suffering!

@AzureSupport I am unable to get any support for a billing issue. I have been attempting to contact Azure for + 2 months now and I have a full history of all the people and places I have spoken with at Azure. I believe I have been over billed by +$1000's. Please assist.
