@antonioventre_ Curious if this was on 1 CBO as I've seen you talk about it before. What I see in lots of cases is that "bad performing" ads are just good at grabbing cold traffic to feed the rest of the funnel and when I turn them off, the campaign tanks. Any thoughts are much appreciated!

We improved a client's ROAS by 261% in 7 days. Without a single new creative. Here's exactly what we did: Audit: identified every ad spending more than 15-25% above target CPA. Action: turned them all off. Reallocated budget to ads that were underfunded but performing. Result: > Weekly spend: $8K to $14K (+74%) > ROAS: 0.40x to 1.44x (+261%) 9 out of 10 accounts are burning budget on underperforming ads right now. Not because the ads don't work. Because nobody is reviewing them every day. An ad account is not a set-and-forget machine.

Consolidating all ads into 1 CBO was a big big unlock for us!! Before we had 100+ different campaigns, one big mess. Now all data consilidates and ad fatigue doesn't happen anymore. We are adding 3 new batches daily.
