@DevilsJointX @sherm663 It was seen by Canes video review team, and until play is stopped after the goal is their first chance to challenge. If the NHL retains offside challenge then the same time lag will occur. Coach risks a DoG penalty for failed challenge so it isn't just random.

@sherm663 it was never called nor seen by anyone, officials or players until after the fact...so it did happen. Rewinding back a minute to look at a 1/4 inch possible offsides is diabolical and you know it.

@LoveRev28255 @Alex_Oloyede2 Is it possible when it was video'd it was too fast to see well and the replay speed was reduced to more clearly see the separate projectiles?

@iamrigby @DesertViewsCA @BambroughKevin Calendar wise, yes. Many people talk of "fall" in casual conversation as typically post US Labor day, or when the kids return to school in early Sept, or the leaves start to turn, Kjirstins words were "substantially complete by around fall" Many people consider early sept fall

The graphene production capacity that’s going to be rolling out is going to result in Wall Street modeling ridiculous numbers for earnings and market cap. I’ve personally introduced Morgan Stanley to Kjirstin. I plan to follow on with other key banking partners. Morgan Stanley gets critical minerals and the importance of Graphene. They were key in helping MP minerals (which I wrote up prior to the goverment deal they got) $hg $hgraf is positioned to become the leading nano tech, nano material company. They will earn support from top Wall Street bankers. In fact, the bankers will compete to support them. They will all get very large goverment deals. These things don’t happen over night. But, they will happen. Because the gov wants this tech to happen. They want turbostratic fractal graphene made in Texas. Security of supply… and it’s going to prove to the most enabling revolutionary commodity in recent memory. Wild stuff

Your Next Breakthrough Material, graphene. Once Texas facility is complete @HydroGraphInc Will be able to make "unlimited" amounts of graphene. $hg $hgraf #graphene #nanotech youtu.be/wVWPvhrxCec?si… via @YouTube

@DesertViewsCA @BambroughKevin did I say soon? My timeline was 5 yrs down the road. If they have dividends in 5 years time I won't sell any shares, just collect the cash flow. Everyone has a price level in mind they will sell at, I don't. I'm willing to wait 3-5 yrs to decide what is best.

@RomanSto11 @JayTaylorMedia I'm not saying pre-finance or contract w/o production. Say HG spends $10 million on the first phase of the facility with a number of hyperions (3-5) producing 60 to 100 tpa (20per unit) The profits from selling that real product to customers would generate funds to build further

@ceolexcon @JayTaylorMedia in my world, no client would sign contracts before production scaling is proven nor pre-finance production in a meaningful way. but wait and see, happy to be wrong this time

Might this be a Great buying opportunity to Buy HydroGraph Clean Power? With HG getting hit so hard right after Kjirstin Breure presented the HydroGraph story at the Annual Needham Technology conference on May 12, I suggested to friend who should know as well as anyone, that perhaps Needham, a market maker, may have shorted HydroGraph in order to pick up shares at a lower price. My friend came back to me with this response: "I think that you nailed it! Their strategy was to use the volatile CSE market to drive shares down then pick them up cheap by covering their short positions." HGRAF fell ~10.7% starting at about 3:15 pm in New York on 5/13 then got taken down trashed on really heavy volume on 5/14 when they bottomed at US $4.66. Thankfully the bleeding has stopped with shares trading at US$4.79 close to noon in New York today. Never know for sure but this may be may be one of the last good entry points before the company starts announcing some contracts. Time will tell.

@RomanSto11 @JayTaylorMedia HG have stated multiple times the production plant will be built in phases to match demand (expandable design) The last LIFE offering doc's listed $8 million usd for the prod facility. Once it is in phase 1 and producing with a 70%+ profit margin the next phases will self fund

@ceolexcon @JayTaylorMedia thats’s before Capex for production, etc. before ramping up sales, ops, etc. i expect further financing soon while the share price is still high. could easily set back 50%, this is a long, bumpy road from here. fine for me, not a trader but in for the long run

@DesertViewsCA @BambroughKevin And potentially a permanent hold--in as much as 5 years from now if they are a dividend paying graphene producer I will just hold onto my shares regardless of price and collect what I think have the potential to be very generous dividends.

@DesertViewsCA @BambroughKevin This to me is a long term hold, minimum 2-5 years to see it grow to full valuation (or close to it) 12-18 months to see market-wide recognition of potential and rerate. Whatever happens between now and then is all noise to me.

@DesertViewsCA @BambroughKevin Agreed, where we differ is it sounds like you think the process will start in oct nov...I think it will start sooner (paperwork filed) and be completed by early fall.

@DesertViewsCA @BambroughKevin In the Needham presentation last week the CEO clearly stated, regarding the redomicle and uplisting---both will be substantially completed by fall. Indicates process during summer and ending by fall, not "in oct or nov"

Doesn’t the company have to be domiciled in the United States before any of the things you mentioned can happen? Last I checked, they haven’t even filed with the B.C. Courts to move jurisdictions to the United States. Having sat down with the CEO recently, did she mention to you when the move down south is actually happening? Is it happening later in the year to coincide with the Nasdaq listing in October or November?

@JayTaylorMedia or simply early investors taking profits, knowing that further financing will be needed as the company is burning cash, no production capacity yet, no revenue nor contracts yet, NASDAQ listing postponed. not saying it can’t moon, but the easy money has been made a while ago

@lansing_12 @JayTaylorMedia Listening to the actual presentation, the term she used was "those should be COMPLETED roughly by fall"--referring to redomicile and uplist. If you start in July (which was previous guidance) you should be roughly complete by fall. Nothing has changed.

@JayTaylorMedia Orrrrr the market is reacting to the timeline for Nasdaq listing being pushed from July to “Fall”, stacked on top of growing impatience for gas plant deal to be finalized

@NumberedCorp @JayTaylorMedia The problems for 20 yrs have been ability to produce at scale with high quality, impurity free, consistent material to use. Hydrograph has addressed all those problems.

@JayTaylorMedia The graphene revolution has been a year away for twenty years now. While many believe $HG will be the one (after all, it’s run about 2,400% so far), I remain skeptical on widespread adoption. Though the Hyperion machines are pretty wild.

@TaviCosta Each time the price went into negative monthly change (price dropping) it had a quick, violent reversal to get back to a positive monthly price change. The rate of monthly change varied a lot, but was mostly to the upside.

On days like today, it is important to keep this chart in mind. We are living through a global monetary reordering. Do not let volatility discourage you. We cannot control it. What we can control is how thoughtfully we respond when opportunities present themselves. tavicosta.substack.com/p/macro-charts…

@Fool_be_Wise @TaviCosta But the whole point of the chart (originally from Dan Oliver @ Myrmikin) is that while LT the price trend is up, in the short term the volatility can be extreme. Using a yearly scale would smooth it out and hide that fact.

@thatkidbigmike @HenschenMarten @Kosmowithak I agree, that was the old business plan that did not make sense. The CEO was replaced with the current CEO who changed the plan to keep IP and production in house. I doubt this is valid anymore.
