@ceolexcon @JayTaylorMedia i would very much appreciate prudent financing. i think time to market is essential and more money than expected will be needed to ramp up. also, if broad markets sell off, HG will suffer as well. therefore i would rather see another capital raise soon. chance to buy more stocks

Say HG spends $10 million on the first phase of the facility with a number of hyperions (3-5) producing 60 to 100 tpa (20per unit) The profits from selling that real product to customers would generate funds to build further

Might this be a Great buying opportunity to Buy HydroGraph Clean Power? With HG getting hit so hard right after Kjirstin Breure presented the HydroGraph story at the Annual Needham Technology conference on May 12, I suggested to friend who should know as well as anyone, that perhaps Needham, a market maker, may have shorted HydroGraph in order to pick up shares at a lower price. My friend came back to me with this response: "I think that you nailed it! Their strategy was to use the volatile CSE market to drive shares down then pick them up cheap by covering their short positions." HGRAF fell ~10.7% starting at about 3:15 pm in New York on 5/13 then got taken down trashed on really heavy volume on 5/14 when they bottomed at US $4.66. Thankfully the bleeding has stopped with shares trading at US$4.79 close to noon in New York today. Never know for sure but this may be may be one of the last good entry points before the company starts announcing some contracts. Time will tell.

@RomanSto11 @JayTaylorMedia HG have stated multiple times the production plant will be built in phases to match demand (expandable design) The last LIFE offering doc's listed $8 million usd for the prod facility. Once it is in phase 1 and producing with a 70%+ profit margin the next phases will self fund

@ceolexcon @JayTaylorMedia thats’s before Capex for production, etc. before ramping up sales, ops, etc. i expect further financing soon while the share price is still high. could easily set back 50%, this is a long, bumpy road from here. fine for me, not a trader but in for the long run

@RomanSto11 If you think 5x, $25/share USD is it, you have no idea what you're in on right now. I understand traditional investing mindset says that's the right move, but this is essentially a startup with near unlimited potential. 5x is nothing.

I know many people here salivate at the idea of Tesla x HydroGraph. Has anyone considered that Tesla / Musk may be the biggest takeover risk? If FGA-1 from HydroGraph would save him 100s of billions, wouldn't it be better to offer 5x company value to buy the company?

They don't fail abruptly; output declines gradually, with 25-30+ year lifespans common. Warranties usually guarantee 80-85% at year 25.

A solar panel's lifespan is just 15 to 20 years. After that, efficiency drops and it needs replacing. Each panel is built from glass, aluminum, silicone, silver, copper and polymers. While glass and aluminum can be recycled, the silicone, silver and polymers (the most mining/energy-intensive components) are rarely recovered due to the cost and difficulty involved. Because of this, the panels simply end up in landfills. By 2050, solar panel waste is estimated to hit 78 million tons, according to the International Renewable Energy Agency. This is the dirty secret of 'clean' energy: short lifespan, heavy mining, and a growing toxic waste crisis.
