Hypothetical didn't land. -First video on this account — landing page numbers walkthrough → 80 imp, 4 likes, 0 comments. Quiet debut, but it shipped. -"Got back from my morning run, happy Tuesday everyone" → 154 imp, 11 likes, 6 comments. Best of the day. Personal post wins again. A few honest things from today's data. I shipped my first video. 80 imp isn't a lot, and it's easy to dismiss. But the right frame is: I made and posted a video for the first time on this profile. The format itself is new for me, the muscle is new, the editing instincts are new. First video on a new format almost never wins. It exists to make the second one easier. The personal-empathy posts keep winning. The morning run today, Day 23 ramen evening, Day 20 X/builders observation. Three for three now. When I show up as a human, not as a content channel, the audience shows up too. The hypothetical founder question fell short of my previous winning founder posts (200-500 imp). The framing required readers to imagine a counterfactual ($1M ARR), and that's more friction than people will give a stranger on X. Real-experience questions outperform imagined-scenario ones. Onto Day 27.
