Switzerland 🇨🇭 Day 5 Jura Mountains Last day of cycling finishing off with the run into Zurich. Has been an amazing trip with brutal climbs & extreme heat 🥵 many thanks to Grant & Archie at Via Roma 😊

Just returned from cycling in the Jura mountains where on day 3 I had a crash. My Assos Met Trent’s (MIPS) Jingo RS helmet prevented me receiving a head injury. Always wear a helmet 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️@assos_com @Wiggle_Sport

Dolomites Gerlospass to Innsbruck…Done ✅ Well…..that’s the end of this adventure ☺️ has been an amazing trip 👍 scenery has been stunning 😮 climbing brutal 😤 descents….fantastic 👏 heat…excruciating 🥵 but what an experience 😊 never again!!! 🤔 well….perhaps 😉

Dolomites Grossglockner…Done ✅ Well that was the toughest of them all (IMO) not only the gradients but also the heat was draining 🥵 That’s the last of the high mountains 🏔 just a ride to Innsbruck tomorrow 👏
