how are you suppose to recover in current society if fitness influencers who look like this and choose to make videos dressed like this (so we see their bodies yes okay) tell you "oh just eat food is fuel it's good for you" MA'AM YOU'RE CLEARLY NOT FUELING YOURSELF ENOUGH gosh

@skinnebo I don't think that majority thinks that this type of bodies look healthy, but I think more ppl are coming to the thin culture again and don't care how healthy or not they look if they can achieve this small physique

@certanlynoted her arms look similar to mine and i have a very low bmi. i feel like our (society) perception of what a healthy body looks like has dramatically changed over the last year or so and people are thinking this looks healthy again 😖

@smallmatchas I like asics, if you are starting you should get some like recovery/everyday pair of shoes the best option is to ask someone in the shop for help, in my experience it's usually people who knows the productys

@losing_lacy I was put on mirtazapine once in my life and got so devastating binges that I went to doctor and told her that I'm not taking it in any way, like never talk with your psychiatrist and ask for change of medication

i've been on mirtazipine for 2 weeks and i'm so hungry all the time, i'm fighting it, and still restricting, but omg it's so hard. would it be stupid to stop taking it? this is just making my anxiety so much worse
