but her being fit doesn't make her healthy and like it feels like she is lying to everyone and herself 😭😭

@deadlythintea yes of course, but it does not make them not disordered, if person chooses to keep underweight bmi even with healthier upproach

@certanlynoted You do know you can look like that on 1.6k cals right ? Like you can't gain or even maintain muscle if you eat too little especially protein to. Like you have to actually eat in order to grow muscle.

@skinnebo I don't think that majority thinks that this type of bodies look healthy, but I think more ppl are coming to the thin culture again and don't care how healthy or not they look if they can achieve this small physique

@certanlynoted her arms look similar to mine and i have a very low bmi. i feel like our (society) perception of what a healthy body looks like has dramatically changed over the last year or so and people are thinking this looks healthy again 😖
