All unit 3 faculty: come to the senate meeting in one week, Wednesday 3/8 at 3:30 pm to hear our resolution read and for discussion. We are asking for immediate workload relief for all unit 3 employees. Less teaching for TT faculty. Additional compensation for lecturers.

The 4/4 isn’t working. Not paying lecturers for service they already complete isn’t working. Stretching librarians and counselors so thin isn’t working. We deserve better. Join us at the senate meeting.

We need more counselors and more librarians. It’s time for change. CPP has the second worst student to faculty ratio in the CSU. We have triple the national average for student to counselors. We have the lowest number of TT librarians compared to other CSUs.
