➡️La FCEI continue d’exhorter le gouvernement à prévoir, dans ses prochains budgets, un fonds de contingence pour indemniser les entreprises touchées par la fermeture
➡️Il ne s’agit pas d’un nouveau projet. La FCEI n’est au courant d’aucun argument raisonnable pouvant justifier que les propriétaires d’entreprise assument les répercussions financières découlant des mauvaises décisions et du manque de planification de gouvernements successifs au cours de la dernière décennie.

Over 2,100 New Brunswick small businesses warn province: Don’t give municipalities additional taxation powers
The petition urges the provincial government to:
➡️Maintain the fixed multiplier for commercial properties;
➡️Amend legislation to ensure municipalities can only apply a commercial multiplier of 1.5 or lower;
➡️Develop a plan to gradually reduce the multiplier to 1.0 over time;
➡️Fully vacate provincial property taxation.
