Kingdom Come 2 deserves to win Best RPG over Clair Obscur. EXP33 will most likely win GOTY, but KCD2 is a real RPG with choice & consequence that allows you to ROLE-PLAY, NPCs react to everything you do. It's unfair to give a game without choices (ending aside) best RPG imo.
