@MN_Wild_Fans He definitely has more pluses to his game than negatives. It’s fun to watch him dance and shift around. On offence him and Makar are very close. On defence Makar’s size and defensive ability is a lot better. However, I would take Hughes on my team any day.

Avs fans are mostly cool. My only issue is their ridiculous obsession with “Makar is better than Hughes” They’re both elite. They can’t just admit Hughes is a stud. Super super weird.

@MN_Wild_Fans Each has their own skill set over the other. Makar will get you more goals, Hughes more assists. Makar is better defensively and bigger body, Hughes is more slippery and better at the transition game. Both are elite and fun to watch, picking between them is based on team needs.
