@AmazonHelp And regardless of whether it's really related to a past order: A) In content it's still purely a marketing email promoting Anthem. B) The subject says "Attention - Important Information About Your Order", which is very misleading.

@AmazonHelp Of course you could just say it's related to "some order 🤷🏻‍♂️" but actual order updates mention an existing order (by ID or otherwise), otherwise how is it an order update? Plus, this one simply has "Anthem" inserted into the slot where an actual order ID would be.

@kingelliephant My go-to strategy—even when I know I have an invalid ticket—is to find the guard and ask in an excessively polite manner if my ticket is okay. Then they usually go "eh, whatever" and I'm like "oh, thank you so much!"

@ms_s_ashcroft @TheRealBifter A lot of displays understandably don't have IR enabled. Seems to work on a bunch of TVs in shops or bars (if you're willing to hang around while it cycles).

@TheRealBifter @ch_rs_ It's a sneaky wee device that can turn off TVs, I took it about town yesterday to test it - I didn't manage to turn owt off but I think it was mostly me not wanting to look arrest-worthy. I'm designing a friendly remote control casing for it to be 3D printed soon 🧙‍♀️

I don't have a 3rd hand tool on hand so this is gonna be soldered together with the help of tape & blutack 💁
