@waystomanifest Same event. They did respond, and looked into it, I give them credit for that, but the StubHub “policy” reiterated. As long as a seat is within 5 rows of what customer thought they purchased, they are stuck with it if the seats are “better”. Terrible policy.

@TeamStubHub Not following: Bought 4 tix in a specific row. Tix delivered were not tix I bought. Called support. Told because the tix are "better" (a row closer) your "policy" requires resale--me resell, not you. Why is this my responsibility? I did not receive what I purchased?
