Anyone else remember when you could buy pet fish (even tiny sharks) at Walmart? (Back then it was spelled Wal-mart, the outside was brown not blue, and they also had a section for fabric & patterns and a whole book & magazine section.

How is it possible that when you call a company as big as @ATT to get a shipping label they never sent you, to ship a phone back, it turns into a 30+ minute call, most of which you’re on hold.
