Supporting teachers where the work happens most: in the classroom. At Winnfield Primary, our Literacy & Learning Specialist partnered with the school’s literacy coach through modeling and ongoing PLC collaboration. Together, they modeled fluency strategies aligned to the fluency progression, worked alongside teachers to strengthen daily instructional routines, and led PLC conversations where educators analyzed DIBELS data, reflected on student growth, and identified the practices that will help more students reach end-of-year benchmark goals. The impact was felt immediately. ✨ “My students were so excited and much more confident after the lesson,” shared 1st-grade teacher Mrs. Pickett. This is how lasting change happens. Educators learning together, refining practice together, and creating classrooms where students grow in both skill and confidence.
