I've never understood why gun owners themselves don't want the bar for gun ownership set high. If owning a gun required rigorous training, background checks, and licensing, you would hear that someone owned a gun and think, "That's someone I want around in an emergency."

@KCousineau09 Hate to pile on and confirm, but I’m at 1.5 years of virtually no smell. And 100% have the weird ass cigarette smells that come and go. Taste mostly normal. But it gets weird, too. Love a Coke some days, hate it the next. Wild ride man…. Beer has been consistently good tho, so

Question for those who have had Covid:
Do you have lingering side effects for your sense of smell?
I had a mild case of Covid in October. Nasal congestion & loss of taste & smell for 10 days
But since then I get major waves of smoke/cigarette smell that last for days at times

As someone who loves podcasts and podcasting, I’m actually shocked at the amount of professional broadcasters that still do podcasts on zoom without headphones or a mic. The “echo audio” is mind boggling to me.

A morning addition to this: YAML is a lousy language for configuration for a lot of reasons, but the CI "configuration" situation is exacerbated by the fact that it's NOT configuration. It's programming.

I'm pretty sure I would prefer 150 lines of Bash to 150 lines of YAML with bits of Bash trapped in it and opaque references to other bits of YAML in other repositories and a nonlinear relationship to actual execution order and no idea which names are magic and which are arbitrary
