बिहार में विकास नहीं, कमीशनखोरी की सड़कें बन रही हैं। Motihari में करोड़ों रुपये खर्च करके बनाई गई सड़क कुछ ही दिनों में उखड़ गई। सड़क ऐसी टूटी जैसे मिट्टी पर कालिख पोत दी गई हो। वीडियो वायरल होते ही “विकास” की पूरी पोल खुल गई। जनता का पैसा डकारो, घटिया सामग्री लगाओ, कमीशन बांटो और फिर नई टेंडर की तैयारी करो यही मॉडल चल रहा है। ग्रामीण खुलेआम भ्रष्टाचार का आरोप लगा रहे हैं और जांच की मांग कर रहे हैं। सवाल ये है कि क्या सिर्फ छोटे इंजीनियर बलि का बकरा बनेंगे, या उन बड़े अधिकारियों और ठेकेदारों पर भी कार्रवाई होगी जिन्होंने करोड़ों का खेल किया? अगर सड़क पहली बारिश भी नहीं झेल पा रही, तो साफ है कि डामर से ज्यादा इसमें भ्रष्टाचार मिला था।

NHI कैसे बिहार के साथ भेदभाव करता है उसका प्रूफ यह वीडियो है। * सबसे ख़राब स्तर का रोड बनाना। * टूटे रोड पर चिपड़ी साट देना। * कोई फोरलेन समतल नहीं होना। * रोड पर लगे डायरेक्शन और यातायात नियम वाले साइन बोर्ड को एक बार लगा कर दोबारा कभी मेंटेंस नहीं करना। * फोरलेन के बीच डिवाइडर पर सभी जगह पौधे नहीं लगाना,जिसके कारण रात में हेडलाइट के रोशनी आँख पर पड़ने की वजह से दुर्घटना होना। * हाईवे पर एम्बुलेंस यहाँ तक टोल प्लाजा पर भी नहीं उपलब्ध नहीं होना। * टोल प्लाजा पर वाहनों की लंबी क़तार लगाना। *फोरलेन के साइड में मिट्टी का जमा होना। * ढलान सही से नहीं होना जिसकी वजह से बरसात में फोरलेन पर पानी जमा हो जाना। * बिहार में ही ऐसे जान बूझकर लोगो का जान जोखिम में डालता है एनएचआई।
