@PoliceZimbabwe Dagga is legal now

On 20/03/26, Police in Beitbridge intercepted a cross border bus and arrested Mathew Sakabvundura (42) in connection with unlawful possession of 11 cobs of dagga. The suspect was a passenger in the bus. Meanwhile, Simelinkosi Sibanda (40) and Thaboluhle Mpofu (37) were arrested on 19/03/26 at S’khulu village , Plumtree in connection with unlawful possession 448 sachets of dagga . The dagga was stashed in a 20 litre bucket.
