- Commit to a project that'll keep your engaged.
- Have an uplifting circle of friends
- Spend time with family
After 38 years of age, I’ve finally come to realize that, as a man, never stay indoors all day. It's the best cure to depression. Go out, make friends, and create new connections. A man's job is to face the world, take risks, and embrace difficulties.
