But how can a national news channel, who has access to very large public is spreading such fake news which is fact checked by you yourself, escape responsibility and continue spreading fake news like this.

बुलडोज़र चला दिया, मकान गिरा दिया। अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट का वह आदेश कहाँ गया, जिसमें सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बुलडोजर एक्शन पर रोक लगाई थी? क्या सुप्रीम कोर्ट इस प्रकरण को देखेगा? इसका स्वतः संज्ञान लेगा? सुप्रीम कोर्ट की रोक के बावजूद बुलडोज़र चलाया जा रहा है, तो इसका एक ही मतलब है कि सत्ताधारी दल इस देश की सर्वोच्च अदालत, इस देश के संविधान, इस देश के कानून, को मानने के लिए तैयार नहीं है। ध्यान रहे! जिस प्रकरण को लेकर बुलडोज़र कार्रावाई की गई है, उसमें अभी तक जुर्म भी साबित नहीं हो पाया है। लेकिन इसके बावजूद बुलडोज़र चला दिया गया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश की धज्जियाँ उड़ा दी गईं। क्या अभियुक्त का अपराध साबित हो गया? और अगर अपराध साबित भी हो जाता है, तब भी अपराध की सज़ा के तौर पर घर गिराया जाना भारत की कौनसी दंड संहिता में लिखा है? बुलडोज़र की यह कार्रावाई इस देश में सुप्रीम कोर्ट की खुली अवमानना है! क्या सुप्रीम कोर्ट भी इसे अपनी अवमानना मानेगा?
