Answer this... if u dare @dpradhanbjp
Dharmendra Pradhan@dpradhanbjp

Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru @mkstalin ji, your narrative of “imposition” is a tired attempt to mask political failures. The National Education Policy 2020 is, in fact, a manifesto for linguistic liberation. It prioritises the mother tongue so every Tamil child can excel in their own glorious language. By misrepresenting a flexible policy as “compulsory Hindi”, you are not defending Tamil; you are creating barriers that deny our youth the opportunity to become multilingual global leaders. Portraying multilingualism as a threat is misplaced. Tamil is not weakened by the learning of additional languages; it is enriched when its speakers are multilingual, confident and linguistically empowered. NEP upholds constitutional principles by promoting all languages equally and also addresses the limitations of the existing two-language system. It further focuses on implementation through initiatives such as Samagra Shiksha, teacher training, and strengthening institutions, like DIETs, along with national frameworks, such as NPST and NMM. Your questions on “reciprocity” ignore ground reality. Under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji, Tamil has been celebrated as a national treasure—from the Kashi Tamil Sangamam to the global stage. While the Union Government actively encourages students across India to embrace Indian languages, your government continues to deprive Tamil students of diverse opportunities for the sake of a divisive vote bank narrative. The talk of resources is merely a façade. It is the DMK government that has stalled the establishment of PM SHRI schools in Tamil Nadu by refusing to sign the MoU after giving an undertaking for the same. Despite the directions of the Supreme Court of India to establish Navodaya Vidyalayas in Tamil Nadu, your government continues to obstruct their implementation, prioritising political narratives over educational equity. This deliberate resistance is not merely administrative defiance; it is a direct disservice to lakhs of underprivileged students who stand to benefit from quality, merit-based residential education. This has effectively withheld modern infrastructure and teachers from its own students. The Union Government remains fully committed to funding and teacher training but progress is being held back by your “dishonest” politics. Mischaracterising a progressive, inclusive reform as ‘linguistic imposition’ is aimed at creating unnecessary apprehension and confusion. The real concern, perhaps, is not the policy’s clarity, but the Hon’ble Chief Minister’s unwillingness to acknowledge it. In doing so, he disregards the constitutional spirit that safeguards India’s linguistic diversity. Stop using the “Hindi imposition” argument to hide administrative failures and join the national mission of empowering every Indian language.

🚨This is so much worse than you think. > Amazon laid off 30,000 engineers. Then told the ones who survived that their bonuses depend on how much they use AI to write code. So engineers started using AI to push changes faster, because their paycheck literally depends on it. > And then the site went down. Multiple times. Amazon's own shopping app broke because AI-generated code got pushed to production. > So what did management do? Did they take responsibility for forcing engineers to use AI they weren't ready for? Did they admit they created the problem? No. They called a mandatory meeting and blamed the engineers. > AI is powerful enough to replace engineers, we've been saying that all day. But it's not powerful enough to replace quality control AND common sense all at once. Amazon proved that executives who don't understand AI are more dangerous than the AI itself. And every company rushing to do the same thing is watching this and learning absolutely nothing.

Amazon had four Sev-1 outages (their highest severity level) in a single week. Internal memos say AI-assisted code changes were a contributing factor. The timeline here is wild. In October 2025, Amazon laid off 14,000 corporate employees. In January 2026, another 16,000. That’s about 30,000 people in five months, roughly 10% of the corporate workforce. CEO Andy Jassy said the cuts were about culture, not AI. During those same months, Amazon set a target: 80% of developers using AI coding tools at least once a week. They tracked adoption closely and blocked rival tools like OpenAI’s Codex. Even so, 30% of developers still hadn’t touched Amazon’s in-house tool Kiro by January. In December 2025, Kiro caused a 13-hour AWS outage. The AI tool had production-level permissions and decided the best fix for a bug was to delete and recreate an entire live environment. A second incident involved Amazon Q Developer, another AI tool. Amazon blamed both on “user error, not AI.” But quietly added mandatory peer review for all production access afterward. Then March 5: Amazon’s retail site went down for about six hours. Over 22,000 users reported checkout failures, missing prices, and app crashes. Amazon called it a “software code deployment” error. Five days later, SVP Dave Treadwell made the normally optional weekly engineering meeting mandatory. His memo acknowledged “GenAI tools supplementing or accelerating production change instructions, leading to unsafe practices.” These problems trace back to Q3 2025. Amazon’s own assessment: their GenAI safeguards “are not yet fully established.” The new rule: junior and mid-level engineers now need senior sign-off on any AI-assisted production changes. Treadwell also announced “controlled friction” for the most critical parts of the retail experience. For context, Google’s 2025 DORA report found 90% of developers use AI for coding but only 24% trust it “a lot.” An Uplevel study of 800 developers found Copilot users introduced 41% more bugs with no improvement in output. Amazon is finding out what those numbers look like at the scale of a $500 Billion revenue company, with 30,000 fewer people on staff to catch the mistakes.

🚨BREAKING: Alibaba tested AI coding agents on 100 real codebases, spanning 233 days each. the agents failed spectacularly. turns out passing tests once is easy. maintaining code for 8 months without breaking everything is where AI collapses. SWE-CI is the first benchmark that measures long-term code maintenance instead of one-shot bug fixes. each task tracks 71 consecutive commits of real evolution. 75% of AI models break previously working code during maintenance. only Claude Opus 4 stays above 50% zero-regression rate. every other model accumulates technical debt that compounds over iterations. here's the brutal part: - HumanEval and SWE-bench measure "does it work right now" - SWE-CI measures "does it still work after 6 months of changes" agents optimized for snapshot testing write brittle code that passes tests today but becomes unmaintainable tomorrow. Alibaba built EvoScore to weight later iterations heavier than early ones. agents that sacrifice code quality for quick wins get punished when consequences compound. the AI coding narrative just got more honest: most models can write code. almost none can maintain it.

Very true !! Back in 2015 , Automation was big thing. I remember my team lead telling me, by 2018 there will be no Testing job. Everything will be automated. Yet we survived. Automation and Testing goes hand in hand now. AI impacts are real. That doesnot means all will loose jobs. If thats the case companies would not invest or wont open such Office spaces currently. Dont Panic , Upgrade the skills with respect to situation!!

Here's my prediction - in 10 years programmers will still be writing code by hand, and still will have to review automatically generated code. These tools aren't going anywhere, but "taste is enough" is bullshit that CEOs push to get VC money

AMD and TCS team up to build and sell powerful AI computer racks called Helios in India. Total roll out expected is 200MW. This helps both the firms. Helps AMD:- - Gets more customers buying its AI chips instead of Nvidia's. This is big sales boost right away. - Proves its tech works in real factories in emerging markets. This becomes a proof of concept, making it easier to win deals worldwide later. Helps TCS:- - Initial deployments (20-50MW in 2026-27) could generate ₹5,000-10,000 crore ($600M-$1.2B) in upfront contract value for TCS. - Full 200MW rollout over 3-5 years lifts total value to ₹40,000-80,000 crore ($5-10B lifetime), including 10-15% annual recurring from maintenance/optimization. - These are substantial revenues for TCS. More importantly it allows TCS to diversify business beyond just services (to now infra). As AI ecosystem scales, Indian IT would benefit too.

@Jointcptraffic 16th Main, HAL 2nd Stage, kodihalli. Indiranagar. We are facing an issue with a second-hand car dealer who is parking multiple cars along the roadside. This is a purely residential area, and residents are struggling to find parking space due to this.

We warned you - AI doesnt function well in all the business its been forced into due to +90% hallucination error rates when doing real world tasks. So if businesses don't throw out the AI - they have to employ many more "slop cleaners" to tidy up the mess the AI has created.

A $240B company just reversed its own AI workforce thesis in under three years. May 2023: IBM CEO Arvind Krishna tells Bloomberg he’ll replace 7,800 jobs with AI. Freezes back-office hiring. 30% of 26,000 non-customer-facing roles, automated within five years. February 2026: IBM triples entry-level hiring. Software developers, HR, across the board. The CHRO spelled it out at Charter’s Leading with AI Summit: entry-level devs used to spend 34 hours a week coding. Now AI handles that. So IBM rewrote the jobs. Those same juniors now work with clients, collaborate with marketing, and accelerate product milestones. The humans stayed. The job descriptions changed. This tells you something about how AI actually lands inside large orgs. The automation works on individual tasks. But companies that cut entry-level pipelines discovered a different problem: no junior talent means no mid-level talent in 3-5 years. And you can’t hire senior people who understand your systems from the outside. Gen Z unemployment for college grads is at 5.6%, near the highest in a decade outside the pandemic. Meanwhile IBM just admitted it needs those workers more than ever. The AI replacement narrative wrote checks the technology couldn’t cash.
