I'm definitely going to appeal my claim. If they don't cough up I'm taking them to small claims court. Being rippoff by sloppy courier stops now. #rippedoff #refuseclaim #badcustomerservice

@chanelrapallini @ParcelCompare Unfortunately they won't... they're charging me over £550 for returning my parcel... and I managed to track the parcel and they didn't even insure the parcel (which I paid extra for). Worst company I've encountered, all to pay for the owner's next boat.

This seems to be a trend with courier companies these days. They are getting so much business due to covid as a result the customer has to pay ultimately

Overcharging because my parcel is bigger than stated and they now charge on volumetric weight , oh and my parcel is now classed as a large parcel etc etc , Scam artists, DO NOT USE @ParcelCompare

@ParcelCompare Your customer service team offered me £15 as a good will compensation. That doesn't even cover my shipping cost. The item is worth £280, plus shipping and collection of the item. Not only am I out of pocket, my item is stuck in Scotland. Please give me the details for escalation
