Here's the thing @qldhealth, I don't care what your referral criteria are. I'm a specialist GP; if I decide a patient needs to be seen by a particular specialty, I will keep referring, calling, and clinical-overriding until you accept. So suck it up and accept. #PatientCare

Oh gosh, what ridiculous GP bashing. If you come to my hospital to see me as a specialist, you’ll pay $40 just to park in the hospital car park. In economic terms alone, GPs are the heroes/heroines of our health system.

Always advisable to do on-table X-ray to check the cochlear implant insertion. In this case, there’s an electrode array roll over which was confirmed on electrophysiology. We opened up and reinserted the array. #cochlearimplant #otology #otolaryngology #ent #cochlear
