A lot of respect for Scotland keeping this 8th end wide open. They’re aware they have to play 8 ends. And they know this thing is over. And so they’re keeping it clean and letting Canada have some extra time between this game and the semifinal that starts in less than 4 hours.

All the pieces are VERY breathable. And it's a very comfortable temperature at the pool here in Paris. In fact, I'd say it's the 'coolest' pool I've covered swimming.

@Devin_Heroux Jenn Abel missing the podium was one of the most gut wrenching moments I’ve ever seen. But she came back and got a medal the next time. It’s cruel how fourth feels the worst but is still fourth best in the world!!!!!

Heartbreaker for the Canadian women’s diving duo Caeli McKay and Kate Miller. They finish JUST off the podium behind Great Britain. It came down to the last dive. A great performance by McKay and Miller.
